So how does this all work?
BEFORE
This is the before photos of a house in Rowlett, Tx. The homeowner was tired of the upkeep and maintance of this 2,000+ square foot home and was struggling to keep up with the payments. She knew a lot of work needed to be done to the property and she just wanted a stress free and easy close. She ended up deciding she needed 3 months to move out and so we were able to create the perfect offer for her that got her the money she needed out of the house, and helped her get moved into her new dream condo in downtown Dallas with ample time to move out!
AFTER
Once closing came finally came, we got started on creating the perfect new home for the next homeowner. There were certain things that needed to be fixed like the foundation, broken dishwasher, and some old bathroom remodeling that was not done to code before. On top of that, we refreshed the entire proprety and brought it from 2002 to 2022 by adding luxury vinyl planking throughout, fresh paint, all new windows, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, new backsplash, we added a shower in the master bathroom, a new vanities, light fixtures and more! We ended up re-selling this property 4 1/2 months later to a first time home buyer looking to grow their family

Meet the Founders
Brandon Hightower, Co-Founder & COO
I oversee all of our company operations and wear multiple hats in the company. I got started in real estate because I saw it as the best opportunity to help people. Now I get to spend most of days working alongside our team, helping them grow and develope and crafting creative solutions to better service the people we do business do. I have two beautiful little girls who take up the rest of my time.
Ashley Hightower, Co-Founder & CEO
I let my husband oversee the day to day running of the company and I'm constantly working on the next big thing. To do this I focus on finding new ways to add value to our customers, improve our services, and work on our expanding into new markets to serve even more homeowners.
Outside of work, I am usually taking my two daughters to their competitive cheer practices and competitions.
